What to Expect
Our camps are open to children of all fitness and ability levels. Our Summer Camps focus on not only improving fitness, but character as well. By learning to train like an actual athlete, campers gain confidence and learn about living healthy.
Campers will work on improving speed, strength, agility, and quickness. It’s the perfect opportunity to keep skills honed during the off season.
By the end of Summer Camp, our goal is to ensure all participants leave feeling great about themselves and knowledgeable about how fitness can impact their lives.
Our summer camps are for children of all abilities from 4 and up.
Camp Dates and Locations
Camps are located at Melbourne Central Catholic High School at 154 E Florida Ave, Melbourne, FL 32901. All camps are from 5pm to 7pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. June 3rd to June 26th.
